Prize Details & Photo Entry Rules

The Prize will be a Howa 308Win Heavy Barrel Rifle + MDT ORYX FDE Chassis + Nikko Stirling Rings + Nikko Stirling Mounts + Nikko Stirling Panamax 4-12X50AO Scope, to the Value of over R20,000!!!

  • Each photo gives you ONE entry (maximum of 3 different photos per contestant will be allowed). One entry per account/ per person.
  • Double entries will be given to contestants who post photos with a Howa rifle clearly present.
  • Contestants entering must follow the Howa South Africa (howa_southafrica) social media pages.
  • Contestants must be over the age of 21 years to be eligible to enter, and must be a resident of South Africa.
  • The winner must hold a valid competency certificate under the Firearms Control Act. Details of which registered dealer the firearm will be transferred through will be discussed once the winner has been announced. The winner is responsible for meeting all legal requirements to own/possess the firearm; we bear no responsibility if they don’t qualify, and reserve the right to redraw a new winner if they don’t.
  • Employees, staff, or their immediate families related to the importing company may not enter this competition.
  • By entering, you consent to us reposting your submitted photo(s) on our social media and marketing channels, and to us using your supplied details to keep you updated on new product developments and future projects. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us.
  • The entrant confirms they own the copyright to the photo(s) submitted, and indemnifies us against any claim arising from a photo submitted without proper rights or without the consent of any identifiable person in it.
  • The competition closes on Friday, 29 January 2027, and the winner will be announced on Monday, 1 February 2027 at 12:00. The winner will be chosen by random selection on the day, and contacted via phone and email. If no response is received within 5 working days, a new winner will be redrawn.
  • Any entry that does not comply with these rules will be disqualified, and a redraw will take place until a valid winning entry is selected.
  • The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with one of similar value if any listed item becomes unavailable.
